I started my journey as a Charger in 2011 as a social studies teacher.  I quickly fell in love with Charger Nation and all the tradition that lives within this school and community.  I taught social studies for eight years, but school counseling has always been my passion.  I then went to North Bullitt to become a counselor.  I was a counselor there for two and a half years and then returned to Bullitt East High School in August 2021 to serve our school and community as a school counselor in Charger Nation.  I absolutely love our school and our students!!  I earned my Bachelor's Degree from University of Louisville (History) and have two Masters Degrees- one from University of Louisville (Secondary Education) and one from Spalding University (School Counseling).

I am so excited to help students work to achieve at their highest potential.  I love to see students get involved and enjoy their high school experience while also receiving a quality education and making lasting memories.  I am also so excited to serve the school in the community in which my family lives.  I have been married to my husband for seven years and we have two daughters.  We love raising our girls in this community and look forward to being a part of the success of Charger Nation over the years!
