Ms. Jamie Ballard, Assistant Principal

Hello Panther Families! My name is Jamie Ballard and I am the assistant principal here at Hebron.  I have been serving Hebron since January of this year. This will be my fourteenth year in the district.  I began my career as an elementary teacher and have also served as a district instructional coach. I attended Western Kentucky University for my undergraduate work.  I then transitioned to Bellarmine University where I received my Masters of Arts in Teaching.  I also completed my Rank I there in reading and writing.  I later returned and participated in the Bullitt County and Bellarmine Principal Preparation Cohort.  I also completed my Level II classes at Bellarmine.

I am passionate about students and what they can achieve.  I believe that ALL students can reach their potential with high quality instruction and teachers that care deeply about them.  Relationships are incredibly important to me.  I believe strong relationships with teachers and students can move mountains!

A little about me: I love Mexican food, home remodeling, taking care of plants, dogs, and love my family! My husband and I got married in October.  We have three dogs and a 20 year old!
