All students must have a physical in order to tryout and participate in any sport at MWMS.  Most doctor offices have the current physical form, but if not, please use these KHSAA physical forms.

*7th and 8th grade students are able to play sports at Bullitt East High School, as long as the same sport isn't offered at MWMS at the same time. Students interested in playing a sport at BEHS should contact the coach at BEHS to find out the details regarding playing up. Contacting the BEHS Athletic Director, Kenny Hughes, is also an option for learning more information.
