The office of the Director of Pupil Personnel (DPP) manages all student records and provides schools and families with assistance to address barriers to school success, including absenteeism, health issues, home hospital services, school enrollment, social services, and more. 

Each student and their family are unique, and therefore are treated as such. The DPP partners with BCPS families to ensure each student is receiving the assistance and support they need to be successful in – as well as outside – the classroom. This includes guiding students and families through the enrollment and transition process, assisting with opportunities available to students, and providing support for students’ overall well-being.
