Bullitt County Public Schools is proud to celebrate Sophie Huff, a dedicated student at Bullitt Central High School, former student at Bernheim Middle School, whose leadership and communication skills have earned her a place as a contributor on the NASP Schools A2A website.

Sophie’s achievement directly aligns with the BCPS Graduate Profile, demonstrating her as a Productive Collaborator, Effective Communicator, and Community Contributor. Through her work with the NASP Schools initiative, Sophie is using her voice to make an impact beyond the classroom, showcasing the skills and mindset that BCPS strives to cultivate in every student.

Superintendent Jesson Bacon echoed these sentiments, stating, "At BCPS, we encourage our students to become engaged citizens who use their skills to benefit the community. Sophie’s involvement on a national stage is a testament to the power of student voice and the impact of our Graduate Profile in action.”

We are incredibly proud of Sophie for representing Bullitt Central, Bernheim Middle School and Bullitt County Public Schools on a national level. Her work reflects the values of lifelong learning, collaboration, and leadership—hallmarks of a BCPS graduate.
