Bullitt County, KY — Several Bullitt County Public Schools (BCPS) students recently showcased their talents and commitment to the teaching profession at the annual Educators Rising State Conference. Students from all three high schools achieved Top 10 placements in their respective competitions, earning them the opportunity to compete at the national level in June.
Educators Rising is a national organization that cultivates highly skilled educators by supporting students who are interested in teaching careers. Through hands-on experiences, leadership development, and competitions, participants gain valuable insights into the education field, reinforcing essential skills like communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
“Our students' success at the Educators Rising State Conference is a testament to their dedication to education and leadership,” said Dr. Adrienne Usher, Assistant Superintendent of BCPS. “Their achievements align with our district’s commitment to developing Effective Communicators, Productive Collaborators, and Mastery Learners—qualities that will serve them well as future educators.”
