Registration is from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.. Students must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2023 to be registered for kindergarten. Make plans to join us to ensure your child is registered properly for the upcoming school year.

The following items are required for your child’s enrollment to be completed. Please bring any that you already have with you during pre-registration. Remaining forms will be required on or before the first day of school.

  • Valid email address is necessary to register 

  • Certified copy of child’s birth certificate

  • Updated KY Certificate of Immunization 

  • Current Health Care Examination

  • 2 Forms of Proof of Residency (driver’s license AND a lease/utility bill, contract, etc.) Cell phone bills are not accepted. 

  • Eye exam by optometrist (by Jan. 1, 2024)

  • Dental exam (by Jan. 1, 2024)
