Bullitt County Schools has lost several young students this school year. The collection of plastic lids to create a buddy bench at each of these schools has been extended to include LJES in honor of Raegan Maraman.
Plastic lids can be dropped off at multiple locations throughout the county including the Shepherdsville Fire House and the BCPS transportation department . Items can also be dropped off here at LJES where they will be collected and picked up. It takes approximately 225-250 pounds of plastic lids to create one bench.
