Last night, May 30, we celebrated our 8th grade Generals at their Promotion Ceremony, held at BEHS.

Mount Washington Middle School will be implementing calming spaces in each individual classroom for the 23-24 school year. Classroom calming spaces will allow students to identify their emotions and self regulate within the classroom setting, but also provide them a more private place to do so. We have created a starter tool kit for each calming space, but still need seating for each space, which is where we need our community's help! If you are willing and/or able to help us in providing these spaces for our students please visit our wish list to donate to our school. Promotion ceremony will be May 30 at 6:00 pm at Bullitt East High School Gym. Students are not limited on the number of guests who can attend. Students should arrive by 5:15 pm. They are to dress nicely, within dress code guidelines.
