Today in Mr Clayton's Social Studies 6th grade class, they conducted a Gallery Walk on Mesopotamia . These stations reenforce the early Writing, Geography, Social Structure, Agriculture, Architecture, and Religion.
Students worked as teams in order to complete the assignment.

The Roman Faire hosted by the Innovators Ignite team will be taking place at the Mt. Washington City Pavillion (beside the MW Public Library) on Friday, October 4. Parents that would like to attend should arrive between 12:20 and 2:20 pm.

The organizers of the 8th grade trip are working to help offset the cost of the trip by hosting the Halloween Dance at MWMS this year on October 30.. They are in need of Coke products along with snack food donations. These donations will be accepted through October 30. Donations can be taken to the front office, marked for the Halloween Dance.

Today on the Mountaineers Team, the 7th graders in Social Studies did skits to show their understanding of how the Feudal System worked in Europe during the Middle Ages. The students wrote/acted out their parts in front of their classmates.
