Today, our 7th Grade Mountaineers showcased their scale-model homes to faculty, students and parents. It was a very exciting showcase and these students put a lot of hard work and creativity into their homes.

Attention all students and guardians
For the remainder of the school year we will be providing ESS ( Extended School Services) On Friday MORNINGS. This is an opportunity for students to get help with missing assignments or complete any homework. This is not individual tutoring.
*Students will need to be dropped off at the car rider doors by 6:45 after 6:45 doors will be closed.*
As always ESS is provided after school every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 4:00.

The 7th grade Mountaineers invite families to their "Scale It Up: Model Homes" Showcase on March 4 at MWMS. TImes have changed for the event. Parents and families are invited between 8:15 and 9:00 and again 1:30 to 2:15. We hope to see you here!

Good luck to the Generals Volleyball Team in their HOME matches this evening against Bullitt Lick Middle School. The matches will begin at 5:30 pm. During these matches, our 8th grade players will be recognized and celebrated.

7th grade MWMS Mountaineers spent time with Mrs. Karen Schott today to discuss the importance of owning a home and factors of a home’s value.
Students worked with comparable houses in the Mount Washington area to find the value of their home for a current Math project. In the project, students are creating a scale model of a home.
