Dear Roby Parents,
We are seeking nominations for 2 parent representatives (one of which is a minority position) to serve on our School-Based Decision Making (SBDM) Council. The SBDM council includes the principal, teachers, and parents and plays an important role in decisions that support student achievement and school operations.
We are holding this special election for 2 parent representatives (one of which is a minority position), as required by Kentucky law.
Eligible parents include biological parents, step-parents, foster parents, or legal guardians who reside with the child. Parents who are school or district employees (or relatives of employees) are not eligible to serve.
Nominations are due by 5:00 PM on Monday, April 20 using the linked form. If nominations are received, voting will take place Thursday, April 23, from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in the front office. If no nominations are received, additional nomination and election dates will follow.
