We normally don't make an announcement unless the there is a schedule change... but... after checking road conditions and consulting with the County Road Department and our Transportation department leadership... WE'LL SEE EVERYONE IN PERSON ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE TOMORROW!!!

Greetings Eastside Family, In the event that we transition to NTI (Non-Traditional Instruction), if your child does not have their Chromebook at home, you can pick it up at school. On 1/8/25, we will have limited staffing, but students who left their Chromebooks in their lockers can retrieve them that day. If you need to borrow a Chromebook, you can do so starting 1/9/25. Please note that we have a limited number of loaner Chromebooks available. Students with Chromebooks being repaired or those with special circumstances will have priority. Please be sure to ring the buzzer at the front door upon arrival. Chromebook Pickup Times: 1/8/25 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM 1/9/25 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM Thank you

Good afternoon, BCPS Families! Due to winter weather and hazardous road conditions, BCPS will be CLOSED on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025. This will be a traditional snow day. All extracurricular activities scheduled for Tuesday are also CANCELLED. Wednesday, January 8th will be a Bullitt Day and Thursday, January 9th will be the first day back for students. Right at School will make every attempt to safely offer Snow Day - Camp care Tuesday from 7:30a-6:00p at select locations. Please note: Regional leadership is currently assessing the conditions of the roads and are actively speaking with their staff around the ability to commute to the programs for opening tomorrow. Right at School will send notification directly to families that have been enrolled in their programming this school year no later than 4PM today with details on program offerings or program cancellation. Additionally, due to the dangerous nature of vehicle travel on the road, Right at School will not offer services on Monday as Right at School staff will not be able to get to the schools or around the school parking facilities. Any student dropped off must be picked up by 8pm. 7th and 8th grade Boys interested in tennis there is a meeting December 10th, 6:30pm, at Bullitt East Library. Greetings Eastside Family, we hope everyone has a great weekend. Just a heads up ESS is cancelled Monday and Tuesday on the 25th and 26th of November.

Greetings Eastside Family, as we anticipate a possible traffic jam on High way 44 for pick-up tomorrow, attached is a picture for pick-up, and times you can pick up students. Starting at the back of the school will begin our pick-up line as students dismiss from the rear of the school. 6th grade will released at 4:40pm, 7th 4:50pm, and 8th at 5pm.

There will be a parent meeting for track on November 20th at 6:45pm in the Bullitt East library. Open gym for Volleyball will be November 18th from 5-7pm at Eastside.

Greetings EMS, Our Dance is this Friday from 3pm-5pm. Students must turn in permission slip to their Homeroom Teacher. Cost is 10 dollars for entry. Snacks will be available for purchase. Also, it will be a free Dress Down day on Friday. Side-note- Students will not have the opportunity to changes clothes at school.

Please be advised Permission slips and money must be turned in during Homeroom in-order to go. Money will not be collected at the door.
