September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and we'd love to have folks participate in the 2nd Annual Children's Toy Drive! You can drop off new toys at the Mt. Washington firehouse the week of 8/29 or at the BEHS vs NBHS Football Game on 9/2 at BEHS. #movingforward

OMES Bus 1950 is not operating this week. Due to the driver shortage we will not have a driver to run the route. We sincerely apologize for this extreme inconvenience. Any updates will be posted ASAP.

Yes! We have a Bookkeeper! You know Ms. Becky is all about Old Mill Spirit and she is taking that spirit a short trip down the hallway to the Bookkeeper's office. Starting Monday, we will accept Chromebook and Student/Instructional Fees at school. If you are paying by check, you have to separate the two types of fees. BUT, if you have multiple students, you do not have to send separate checks for each student. You can put all Chromebook fees on one check and all Student/Instructional fees on one check. #movingforward #koalascreate #bookkeeper

This picture sums up the first week of school nicely. It was busy, but everybody was happy to see their friends. The weather was beautiful. And, there was glitter. #movingforward #koalascreate #glitterchalk

Thank you Old Mill for a great first day!
The car rider line is a SINGLE line until you enter the oval area then it moves to a double line. Creating a double line too early blocks car rider line exits and buses.
Bus 2091 (Purple bus) will run tomorrow per Transportation dept.
Thank you for your patience as we begin this amazing school year!!!

School is off and running this morning at Old Mill! We have missed our students this summer and are so excited about all of our new friends!
Quick reminder that our purple bus (Bus 2091) is out this week and is self-transport. Thank you for your understanding and support!

We will begin collecting student and Chromebook fees on Monday, August 15. Please do not send fees to school until then.

Yes, Kindergarten parents CAN walk their students to class only on the first day.

The Old Mill Elementary SBDM Principal Selection Council is seeking student, staff, parent, and community input as we develop the final criteria we will use to select the next principal for OMES. As a group, we have agreed to the following, but we would like your feedback for further criteria that we should be seeking in the next principal. The survey will close on Sunday, August 14th at midnight. We appreciate you taking the time to give us input...thank you!
