Teachers have been learning and implementing Kagan strategies to boost engagement in classrooms. One component is weekly "class building" activities where students mix up and have conversations with different students than they may normally. In Mrs. Voight's library/tech classes, they completed "find a friend".

Congratulations to these ZMS band members' selection for the 2024 KMEA Middle School All District Band. This was an extremely competitive year with over 60 students auditioning in some sections. Way to go!!
