🌟 Community Spotlight: Law Enforcement
A huge thank you to the LMPD Mounted Patrol, LMPD Detectives, and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for taking time out of their day to be part of our OMES Pathways on Wheels event!
This amazing group represented the law enforcement pathway, giving students an up close look at their careers and daily responsibilities. Students had the opportunity to explore police vehicles, meet service animals, and engage with special equipment used to keep our communities safe.
We are so grateful for their commitment to serving and protecting and for inspiring our students to dream big about future careers in public safety! 💙🚓🐴

We’re so proud of Charli H. for demonstrating kindness, leadership, and collaboration in the classroom! When a classmate needed extra help with writing and solving a math problem, Charli didn’t hesitate to step in. She guided her classmate through the process, helping them think critically instead of just giving the answer.
Charli is a fantastic example of a productive collaborator, showing that helping others while encouraging learning is always the way to go. Way to go, Charli! 💛💙

They truly live our Service Before Self core value, putting others first and supporting wherever needed. Your dedication, positivity, and selflessness make a big difference every single day. You are appreciated more than you know, and we’re so lucky to have you on our team! 💛💙

We’d like to give a huge thank you to Kroger for their generous donation of pumpkins for our school-wide project!
We’re so grateful for community partners like Kroger who continue to support our school and help make special projects like this possible for our staff and students! 💛💙
